This week we were invited to a Bunco party with a green theme.  We were asked to bring munchies.

I purchased spinach tortillas and a shamrock shaped cookie cutter.  I cut shamrocks out of the tortillas (stacked them up and cut six at a time) and baked them with a mist of olive oil and salt.  

We served them with spinach dip.  The shamrock plant was left as a hostess gift!
