ONE TO GO

In an older blog, I mentioned that I promised my husband that would stop collecting Majolica if I got 1.) a gurgling fish pitcher; 2.) a sardine box; 3.) a game pie dish; 4). cheese bell; and 5.) a Palissy plate.

Well, I now have the sardine box, 

gurgling fish pitcher, 

and a lovely game pie dish,which he purchased for me in Atlanta on a weekend visit in December of 2012.  

 
And then I received the Cheese Bell for Christmas of 2012.

So I just have a Palissy plate to go.  Or I should say HAD.  My husband surprised me for Christmas 2012 with a cheese bell!  I wonder if he wants me to stop collecting???

 WELL MY HONEY CAME THROUGH FOR BOTH OUR ANNIVERSARY AND CHRISTMAS 2013!

The smaller plate near the top is one that I ordered for "my anniversary" gift and the larger one near the bottom of the photo is my 2013 Christmas gift!

Love my Majolica!!!!
